The Pre-shipment Inspection Certificate is issued by a pre-shipment inspection body authorised by the General Administration of Customs, namely CCIC (China Certification & Inspection Group). The applicant or consignee may contact China Certification & Inspection Group Co., Ltd. ("CCIC") and submit the relevant documents to apply.
