33. What docs are needed for lease-trade equipment export?

Update Time:2026/10/13
Export customs declaration form (entered in the Single Window, supervision method 1523 or 1500, total value declared at full equipment value, do not fill in rent)
Power-of-attorney for agency declaration (when delegating to a customs broker)
Commercial Invoice (state "lease nature", full equipment value, rent total listed separately, and currency)
Packing List (piece count / gross-net weight / packing material; for vehicles include VIN, brand and model)
Transport document (Ro-Ro booking note / B/L; shipper and consignee = overseas lessee)
Company qualifications: business license (better if business scope includes "leasing")
Cargo photos (showing brand, model, serial number / VIN and condition rating; mandatory for used cars / used construction machinery)
Lease contract/agreement (in both Chinese and English): must clearly state
 (1) name, quantity, specification, technical performance and new/used condition of the leased items
 (2) lease term (start and end dates)
 (3) total rent, amount per period, payment milestones, currency, whether interest/freight/premium is included
 (4) disposal upon expiry: re-import / retention purchase / renewal
 (5) domestic and overseas responsible parties and place of use
Lease status statement / application report (sealed): restate the above key points + committed re-import date + rent authenticity declaration
