82. Why take photos and keep records at factory exit and loading?
Photographing the vehicle as it leaves the factory before entering the port provides the original evidence of its identity and condition. Focus on the nameplate, clearly recording the brand, model, VIN (chassis number) and date of manufacture; this serves as the first-hand basis for later document review and customs verification, ensuring the vehicle's identity data is accurate and traceable. Photos taken at loading (parking position, wheel-chock securing, etc.) are the most direct record of the vehicle's condition in transit. Should damage or displacement occur in transit or after arrival, these photos allow responsibility to be traced. All materials are archived together: they are evidence of performance for the customer and the basis for later claims and dispute handling.
