Pre-shipment inspection abroad is not required, but the following must be submitted: the Imported Old Mechanical & Electrical Products Declaration (in the standard customs format, stamped with the consignee's company seal), confirming that the goods are not prohibited-import old mechanical/electrical products, that safety and environmental protection meet domestic standards, and accepting legal liability.
