47. How are overseas repair, parts & freight taxed on equipment re-import?

The equipment itself is not taxed. Tax is levied only on the newly added costs: overseas labor repair fees, replacement parts costs, return-shipping freight and insurance. The value of replaced parts must be itemized separately.
