29. What are the differences in applying for export licenses for electric buses?

Electric buses generally fall under 8702. Currently, complete new-energy-vehicle exports are managed under quota/license control (per the Ministry of Commerce annual catalog). If the manufacturer is on the published list and meets export qualifications, the export license can be obtained normally; used electric buses or models not on the list must be applied for separately under the Ministry of Commerce temporary control policy.
