13. What documents are required for container booking of a chassis equipped with lithium batteries?
1. If a chassis with lithium batteries is declared as a chassis, the chassis is regarded as dangerous goods for export and a transport appraisal report for the chassis must be provided; dangerous-goods declaration must be made according to the UN number on the appraisal report.
2. If the battery and chassis are declared separately, the lithium battery transport appraisal report and the dangerous-goods packaging certificate for the batteries must be provided, and the batteries must be packed separately.
